Abu Dhabi-Mubasher: Dubai-based Dnata acquired a stake in Bangkok-based Destination Asia (DA).
The transaction is Dnata’s first foray into Asia, according to a statement published.
The company did not disclose any details on the transaction value.
“Dnata bought tour operators Stella Travel Services and Gold Medal Travel Group, online travel agency Travel Republic and cruise specialist Imagine Cruising, as well as increasing its stake in Hogg Robinson Group,”the statement said
