Doha – Mubasher: Doha Bank announced on Wednesday that its ordinary and extraordinary general meetings will be held on 7 March.
According to a bourse filing, the ordinary general meeting will discuss a proposal by the bank’s board to distribute cash dividends at QAR 3 per share for the fiscal year 2015.
Meanwhile, the extraordinary general meeting will look into amending the bank’s statute to comply with the Commercial Companies Law No (11) of 2015.
The bank’s profit rose 1.1% last year to QAR 1.374 million from QAR 1.359 million in 2014.
The share closed Wednesday’s session at QAR 39.90 after rising 0.75%.
