Doha – Mubasher: Doha Insurance’s board of directors agreed on to raise the company’s share in Qatari Unified Bureau Insurance (QUBI) from 20% to 25%QAR 6.75 million, a statement by the insurer said.
The company added on Monday that it is currently working on closing the stake hike deal which will cost QAR 6.75 million.
QUBI is a limited liability company which provides insurance on vehicles entering the country and sell insurance cards for vehicles traveling outside the country.
The stock rose 6.32% to QAR 20.2 after 1,000 shares changed hands at QAR 20,180 an hour and half before the end of Monday’s session.
