Doha hosts First Gulf Metrology Forum tomorrow

Doha – Mubasher: Qatar’s capital, Doha, hosts the First Gulf Meteorology Forum, due to be held by Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC) in cooperation with Qatar’s Ministry of Environment, on Monday under the patronage of the Minister of Environment, Ahmed bin Amer Al Hamidi, GCC Standardization Organization and the Gulf Association for Metrology.

According to a statement by GOIC, the forum and its accompanying exhibition will be held on 14 and 15 December 2015, and aims to address the issue of metrology in the Gulf and international markets.

GOIC's Secretary-General, Abdul Aziz Bin Hamad Al-Aqeel, lauded the sponsorship of Primary Health Care Corporation for the event, stressing on the important role of the organization in developing the healthcare sector in Qatar.

Al-Aqeel expected wide participation by international organisations and businesses in erasing technical obstacles that hinder commercial traffic.
