Cairo - Mubasher: Arabian Food Industries Company (Domty) registered an annual fall in consolidated net profits after tax to EGP 161.26 million during 2025, compared with EGP 501.17 million a year earlier.
The earnings per share (EPS) retreated to EGP 0.46 in 2025 from EGP 1.44 in 2024, according to the financial results.
Consolidated net sales reached EGP 9.39 billion in the January-December 2025 period, marking a year-on-year (YoY) growth from EGP 9.22 billion.
Total assets increased to EGP 4.92 billion at the end of 2025 when compared to EGP 4.71 billion as of 31 December 2024.
Standalone Results
The EGX-listed company generated YoY lower non-consolidated net profits after tax at EGP 148.87 million in 2025, compared to EGP 494.30 million in the previous year.
Meanwhile, the standalone EPS decreased to EGP 0.43 in 2025 from EGP 1.42 in the previous year.
Furthermore, the non-consolidated total assets amounted to EGP 4.87 billion as of 31 December 2025, which signaled an annual increase from EGP 4.68 billion.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, the consolidated net profits after tax of Domty dropped to EGP 115.47 million from EGP 407.57 million in 9M-24.
