Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai and Abu Dhabi cities have ranked in the bottom 12% of 150 cities ranked in terms of property price growth.
Dubai ranked 138, as real estate prices in the city went down 1.8% on average in the 12-month period ended September, according to Knight Frank’s Global Residential Cities Index.
With 3.1% decline in property prices during the same period, Abu Dhabi ranked 140, Arabian Business reported, citing the index's data.
China’s Xi’an city led the ranking with annual growth of 20% in real estate prices, while Italy’s Turin city bottomed the list with 13% decline.
