Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) signed a definitive agreement to acquire an 80% stake in Jordan Aircraft Maintenance Limited (Joramco), DAE said in a statement.
DAE will buy the stake from the Abraaj Group, yet the statement did not disclose details about the transaction value.
The aircraft leasing and maintenance company owns around 71 planes and its portofolio stood at $4 billion.
