Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Airports announced that it has signed a long-term agreement with Dubai-based ride-hailing app Careem to offer cheaper transport to and from the Dubai World Central (DWC).
Under the agreement, Careem, Uber's Mideast rival, will offer passengers using DWC a 25% discount by using the code FLYDWC on the Careem app, Arabian Business reported.
“We are delighted to partner with Careem and to have this discount available to our customers for an extended period,” Eugene Barry, EVP Commercial at Dubai Airports, commented.
Dubai Airports noted that such an agreement with a local transport supplier will support customers experience during this 45-day period.
“DWC is an evolving airport offering both residents and visitors fast and convenient access to a growing choice of destinations and is definitely worth considering,” Barry added.
