Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Airports Company is planning to decrease energy consumption in its facilities by 36%, with a total investment of more than AED 140 million, CEO of Etihad Energy Services Ali Al Jassim said on Wednesday.
The new project will be divided into four phases, the term of each is one year, and will reduce AED 100 million of Dubai Airports’ expenditures until the end of the project in 2021, Emirates news agency (WAM) reported.
Etihad Energy Services aims to reduce energy consumption by 30% in Dubai by 2030, Al Jassim concluded.
