Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Insurance Company lowered the foreign ownership ratio from 30% to 25%, according to a bourse statement.
The new ratio is deemed effective as of 25 April.
The company’s stock stabilised its last trading session on 14 March at AED 2.45 after generating AED 1,090.
