Dubai – Mubasher: The board of Dubai Investments has recommended to pay out cash dividends, equivalent to 8% of the capital, for 2020, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The board's proposal is subject to the approval of the ordinary general meeting (OGM), set to be held on 11 April.
It is noteworthy to mention that in 2020, the company's net profits decreased to AED 347.876 million from AED 657.42 million in 2019.
