Dubai Investments’ unit wins AED 1.25m supply deals

Dubai-Mubasher: Emirates Glass, a subsidiary of Dubai Investments, has secured two projects worth AED 1.25 million ($340,000) in Pakistan, according to a statement issued on Sunday.

These deals aim to reinforce Emirates Glass’s growing reputation in markets across the world.

The company will supply 7,000 square metres of glass for Telenor Head Office in Islamabad with an order value of AED 350,000 as well as 5,000 square metres for Bakht Tower in Karachi at a value of AED 900,000.

The statement noted that Emirates Glass has witnessed significant growth in the past 24 months with sales of more than AED 250 million, recording sales of over AED 150 million in 2015 alone.

“The company expects steady growth in 2016, with total sales in the region of AED 190 million,” the statement said.
