Dubai Investments adjusts shareholding ceiling for foreigners, nationals

Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments Company (DIC) changed its shareholding ceiling for foreigners and nationals to 49% and 100%, respectively, according to a filing to the Dubai Financial Market (DFM).

Dubai Investments posted a 54% decline in its net profit during the fourth quarter of 2017, registering AED 171.1 million, compared to AED 368 million in the year-ago period.

The DFM-listed firm’s earnings per share (EPS) more than halved to AED 0.04 from AED 0.087.
