Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments on Wednesday stated that it had fully acquired Kent College’s building in Dubai in a sell and rent-back deal, in collaboration with a group of investors.
Dubai Investments completed the acquisition through Al Mal Capital, which organised the deal with some of its partners, according to Al Arabiya channel.
This deal came in line with the UAE-based company to acquire income-generating property assets, especially in education industry.
