Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Investments said that its board of director agreed Monday to issue a binding offer to purchase a further stake of 20% in a joint venture owned by Property Investments, subsidiary, for AED 98 million ($26.7 million).
All the purchase procedures will be subject to requisite consents and approvals, according to a bourse filing on Tuesday.
Dubai Investments owns 50% of Property Investments.
