Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Investments said its subsidiary Properties Investment will innaugurate on 29 January its Green Community West Phase III project in Dubai Investments Park, according to a bourse filing.
In early September, Dubai-listed Amlak Finance signed a finance agreement with Properties Investment for the project.
Under the deal, Amlak will offer property financing of up to 50% of the property value and tenure of 25 years for customers in the Green Community Phase III project.
