Dubai-Mubasher: The board of Dubai Parks and Resorts agreed to add a new item to the shareholders’ meeting agenda; to vote on a special resolution to change the company’s name.
The proposed new company name is “dXb Entertainments”, according to a bourse statement.
The shareholders will held their ordinary general meeting (OGM) on 23 June to also discuss the election and appointment of an additional board member.
