Dubai- Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Dubai Parks and Resorts approved amending the articles of association to conform with the company’s new name “dXb Entertainments” after the approval of the competent authorities, according to a bourse filing released Sunday.
The company’s name “Dubai Parks and Resorts” will remain the name of the biggest integral entertainment destination, which includes: Motiongate Dubai, Bollywood Parks Dubai, Legoland Dubai and Legoland Water Park, according to the company’s statement.
The OGM also approved appointing Shravan Shroff as a new board member.
Dubai Park’s stock fell 2.6% to AED 1.5 at 11:00am UAE time during Sunday’s session.
