Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Parks and Resorts said that its board will meet on 15 June to discuss changing the company’s name, according to a bourse statement.
The board will discuss business progress, as well as reviewing the nominees for the board membership.
The company’s stock declined 1.3% to AED 1.46 by 10:00am UAE time after generating AED 7.8 million from the exchange of 3.9 million shares.
