Dubai - Mubasher: Dubai Properties (DP) said that Dubai Contracting Company (DCC) has been awarded a contract for the sea-front tower - 1/JBR, according to a statement.
Located at the entrance to Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), the project is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of 2019.
“This is exemplified by the extremely positive investor sentiment in the entire JBR area, with Dh2.893 billion worth of real estate transactions recorded in just 6 months of 2016,” according to Abdulla Lahej, Group CEO, Dubai Properties.
