Dubai - Mubasher: Dubai Properties Group has launched the 157-berth Marasi Marina jetty on a total area of 40,000 square metres, as a part of its Marasi Business Bay portfolio, the UAE-based company announced on Wednesday.
Dubai Properties also has appointed ART Marine, a leisure marine enterprise, as the exclusive operator of Marasi Marina, the Emirati developer added in a statement.
Under its deal with Dubai Properties, ART Marine will manage the entire premises including its water and onshore areas, along with other ancillary marina facilities.
“Marasi Marina offers a picturesque backdrop to the much-anticipated waterfront living community that is taking shape in the middle of Business Bay,” Dubai Properties’ CEO Raed Al Nuaimi commented.
Marasi Marina comprises eight interconnected piers with a capacity to accommodate vessels up to 35 metres in length.
“With the addition of Marasi Marina in Business Bay, we write the next chapter of growth for ART Marine, further expanding our portfolio of nine existing marinas in the Arab region,” ART Marine’ COO concluded.
