Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Properties Group has launched a new phase within the framework of Villanova community in Dubailand.
Construction work of the third phase of Amaranta, the green heart of Villanova, is projected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2018 and is scheduled to end in Q4-20, the UAE-based property developer said in a press release.
Amaranta 3 will have over 300 three- and four-bedroom spacious townhouses with Spanish-designed facades.
“Villanova offers community living with a modern Mediterranean flair amid one of Dubai’s most serene landscapes,” executive director of sales and sales operations at Dubai Properties Marwan Al Kindi said.
The total cost of the project wasn't revealed.
