Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Properties launched the sales of Casa Viva on 12 June at the newly opened Dubai Properties Sales Gallery in Vision Tower, Business Bay, according to a statement.
Casa Viva comprises more than 400 two- and three-bedroom townhouses.
The launch of phase 3 of its 8.2 million square feet Serena community at Dubailand follows the successful sales of phases 1 and 2 of the community - Bella Casa and Casa Dora.
Serena has a total of four affordable residential sectors that will be served by three community centres, as well as a lifestyle plaza.
