Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Properties (DP) announced 18 new buildings available for lease in Dubai Land - Remraam, according to a statement.
The construction progress of the 18 new buildings, which contain 1,441 units, reached 90% and is moving forward in line with the pre-determined timelines.
A total of 60 buildings were handed over in the Remraam development, and all new buildings, as well as the development’s second community centre, are set for full completion and hand-over by the fourth quarter of 2017.
DP’s strategy of addressing the high demand for affordable housing in Dubai comes in line with the proposed law by Dubai Municipality for mandatory 15-20% affordable housing in future residential developments.
