Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai Properties Group completed the infrastructure works at the Culture Village project, according to a statement.
The first phase of development includes Manazel Al Khor, Dubai Wharf and Anantara Dubai Creek Hotel.
Manazel Al Khor includes 98 apartments slated to be handed over by the end of this year.
The Dubai Wharf is being developed in phases; towers 1, 2 and 3 will be delivered by the first quarter of 2017 and tower 4 will be handed over by the third quarter of the same year.
Construction at the Anantara Dubai Creek Hotel is planned to be completed by the second quarter of 2019.
