Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai South, a UAE-based developer, has awarded Adeeb Group an AED 55 million ($15 million) contract for the provision of the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works for Dubai's The Pulse project.
Adeeb will also handle low current system and gas works, the Construction Week reported.
Works assigned to the Abu Dhabi-based group are planned to be completed by October 2019.
Located in the Residential District of Dubai South, The Pulse comprises two- and three 3-bedroom townhouses – and 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and residences.
