Dubai Taxi to pay AED 142m dividends for H2-25

Dubai - Mubasher: The annual general meeting (AGM) of Dubai Taxi Company (DTC) greenlighted a final cash dividend for the second half (H2) of 2025, amounting to AED 142 million, equivalent to 5.68 fils per share.

This follows the interim dividend of AED 160.70 million for H1-25, which was distributed in August 2025, according to a press release.

This brings the full-year dividends to AED 302.70 million, equivalent to 12.11 fils per share, representing a 7.50% increase compared to 2024.

The approved distribution is in line with Dubai Taxi Company’s dividend policy of targeting a payout of at least 85% of annual net profit, distributed on a semi-annual basis.

It also reflects the company’s continued focus on delivering attractive returns to shareholders while maintaining a disciplined approach to growth and capital allocation.

Moreover, the distribution reflects the resilience of the group’s business model and the strength of Dubai’s long-term economic fundamentals, which continue to support demand across the mobility sector.

In 2025, the DFM-listed company posted 7% higher net profits after tax at AED 356.07 million, compared with AED 331.28 million a year earlier.
