Dubai - Mubasher: Al Futtaim Carillion Company announced on Wednesday that it has been awarded a contract to deliver phase 1A6 of the One Central project, by Dubai World Trade Centre.
The contract value amount to AED 725 million ($196.3 million), and will run from January 2017 until the completion of the project, which is expected by the end of 2018, according to the company’s statement.
One Central is located at the heart of Dubai’s business district, between Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre and Emirates Towers.
Al Futtaim Carillion previously delivered phase 1A2 of the project, which is now being leased, and is currently completing Phase 1A5, awarded in October 2015.
The latest agreement raises the total value of the company’s contract in the One Central project to nearly AED 1.8 billion.
