Dubai – Mubasher: Crown Prince of Dubai Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum said that the foreign direct investments (FDI) into the emirate have significantly grown by 135% year-on-year during the first half of 2019.
Dubai has attracted around AED 46.6 billion into FDI during the six-month period ended 30 June 2019, which is an indicator of the success of the emirate’s economic policy and development plans, Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum posted on his official Twitter account.
He further noted that Dubai was ranked the third among the most attracting cities to FDI.
Dubai is looking forward to becoming the most attracting city to FDI in the world under the directives of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, the Crown Prince added.
