Dubai-Mubasher: The Dubai Financial Market (DFM) opened in the green on Tuesday, backed by the positive performance of the real estate and investment sectors.
The DFMGI advanced 0.15% or 4.65 points to reach 3,310.59 points by 10:40am UAE time.
The real estate sector topped gainers after adding 0.36%, impacted by the rise of Emaar Malls Group and Emaar Properties.
The investment sector went up 0.15% as DFM Company opened higher.
On the flipside, the banks sector was the worst performer after falling 0.07% as Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) slipped 0.2%.
Turnover reached AED 35 million after trading 13.48 million shares through 340 transactions.
