Dubai-Mubasher: The inflation rate in Dubai recorded grew 0.27% month-on-month (m-o-m) in March 2016, compared to figures from the same period of 2015, according to a report released by Dubai Statistics Centre.
The inflation increase resulted from a rise in clothing group by 2.46%, which formed 5.52% of total relative importance in the consumer basket.
Miscellaneous goods and services group advanced 1.62%.
The inflation rate increased 0.08% year-on-year (y-o-y) in March 2016 due to a rise in communications group by 5.67%.
