Dubai - Mubasher: The Dubai Land Department (DLD) said on Wednesday that total transactions surged 132.5%, according to a press release.
Real estate deals totalled AED 451 million, compared to AED 194 million on Tuesday.
Land transactions accounted for 56.54% or AED 255 million of the total, while mortgage deals reached AED 107 million, representing 24% of the total.
The number of registered sales today was 126, of which 78 were for land, and 48 for villas and apartments.
