Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Ruler and the UAE’s Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Sunday approved the construction of 7,200 units over the next three years across the country, with a total cost of AED 7 billion.
“Today, about 80% of the UAE’s citizens have their own houses, making the UAE one of the leading countries in terms of landlordship,” Al Maktoum added via Twitter.
“I instructed competent authorities to provide citizens with state-of-the-art, sustainable, and ecofriendly infrastructure,” the Prime Minister concluded.
