Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai’s real estate transactions rose 101.5% month-on-month to reach AED 6.5 billion in September 2015, according to a data by Dubai land department (DLD).
The mortgages reached AED 7.67 billion, accounting for 58.6% of the total value of real estate transactions. In addition, land sales amounted to AED 5.4 billion in October 2016, representing 41.2% of property transactions.
The sales and mortgages transactions grew 4.8% year-on-year in October 2016, compared to AED 12.5 billion in October 2015.
