Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai’s real estate transactions rose 25% in August 2017 month-on-month, compared to the prior month, according to data by the Dubai Land Department (DLD).
The value of real estate transactions reached AED 21.2 billion in August 2017, rising AED 4.2 billion, from AED 17 billion in July 2017.
Similarly, real estate deals in Dubai increased by AED 7.9 billion last month, equivalent to a rise of 59.4% year-on-year, compared to deals of AED 13.3 billion in August 2016.
Dubai’s real estate sector is likely to revive during the Cityscape Global 2017 exhibition, which will be held in Dubai World Trade Centre from 11 to 13 September, according to analysts.
