Dubai – Mubasher: Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE vice president and prime minister and Ruler of Dubai, has approved the formation of the Dubai International Communication Committee (DICC).
The DICC, which was initiated by the Government of Dubai Media Office, will work on promoting "effective and positive engagement" with international media to raise Dubai’s global profile through its various achievements and initiatives.
In addition, Sheikh Mohammed approved the Media Briefings Programme, which will help keep local, regional and international media updated on Dubai’s development journey and progress, including the emirate’s strategic projects and initiatives, local media reported.
