Dubai-Mubasher: Dubai's Emaar Properties hired Dubai-based DUTCO Group as contractor to clear and restore its Address hotel, according to a statement.
“As soon as clearing and assessment work is completed, construction will commence as per a tightly scheduled calendar with a focus on the highest standards of quality,” said Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties.
He added that the details of the work including the timelines and plans will be revealed in due course.
A huge fire erupted in Emaar’s 63-storey hotel on New Year’s Eve, 31 December 2015.
