Dubai-Mubasher: Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) bought the Porto Montenegro Marina and Resort from Montport Capital, according to a statement published.
ICD is the principal investment arm of the Government of Dubai.
The acquisition comes in line with ICD's strategy to add international assets in fast growing markets to its portfolio.
The statement did not unveil any details on the transaction value.
