Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based Limitless has completed the infrastructure work at its Downtown Jebel Ali’s Zone 2 in Dubai.
All underground utilities at the 200-hectare mixed-use development Zone 2 are now completed, Limitless added in a statement.
Meanwhile, about 90% and 70% of the underground utility works at Zone 4 and Zone 3 were completed, respectively, the company highlighted.
“Downtown Jebel Ali has seen major progress in the last few months, and these new milestones reinforce our commitment to the investors who share our vision for our flagship master community,” said Chairman of Limitless Ali Rashid Lootah.
“2017 has been a highly successful year for Limitless, and we look forward to even greater achievements in 2018 and beyond,” Lootah added.
A 132-kilovolt substation has been completed and handed over to the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), the company indicated.
Downtown Jebel Ali, stretching 11 kilometres along Sheikh Zayed Road, has more than 300 third party plots that will contain a mixture of apartment blocks, hotels, offices and retail developments.
Limitless had announced days ago an early repayment of AED 412.4 million to banks and trade creditors.
