Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai-based and government-owned Limitless is set to repay AED 412.4 million in debt one week ahead of schedule.
The repayment will be made to both banks and other trade creditors on Thursday, 21 December.
Following this repayment, the developer will have repaid almost half of its outstanding debt to banks and trade creditors.
In May 2016, Dubai’s Limitless repaid AED 1.9 billion in debt after negotiating a restructure with creditors. The payment was done six months ahead of its due date.
Limitless’ final debt repayments are due in December 2018.
