Dubai – Mubasher: The value of completed buildings in Dubai rose 52% to AED 6.165 billion in the third quarter of 2016, compared to AED 4.045 billion in the prior-year period, according to a statement.
The number of completed buildings increased 146% to reach 2,450 in Q3-16 as compared to 1,030 in Q3-15.
In the first nine months of 2016, the value of completed buildings grew 53.2% to AED 19.42 billion for 8,377 buildings, compared to AED 12.67 billion for 3,936 buildings in the same period of 2015.
