Dubai's property prices to rise in 2018 - Report

Dubai – Mubasher: Property prices in Dubai are expected to increase in 2018, according to a report released by Propertyfinder on Tuesday.

Property prices were declining and stabilising since the middle of 2014, but now they are likely to be raised, the report found.

There is a consensus that the prices had reached their lowest level and that they would begin rising as Expo 2020 Dubai approaches, said Lukman Hajje, Propertyfinder Group’s chief commercial officer (CCO).

Oil prices may also hike to $80 per barrel (pb) by the end of 2018, Propertyfinder’s data showed, adding that they had been growing during last weeks, which in return will boost the UAE’s real estate market.
