Dubai-Mubasher: Real estate transactions in Dubai amounted to AED 113 billion through nearly 28,250 deals during the first six months of 2016, according to a recent statement issued by Dubai Land Department.
Property sales reached AED 48.71 billion which accounted for 43.11% of overall transactions’ value for over 20,000 deals.
Mortgages formed 42.8% or a value of AED 48.36 billion through around 6,390 deals, the statement noted.
