Dubai – Mubasher: Real estate deals in Dubai declined by the end of Wednesday, after the sales of apartments, lands, and mortgages dropped from Tuesday.
The Dubai Land Department (DLD) said that real estate transactions in Dubai tumbled by 35% to AED 651 million on Wednesday, compared to AED 1.01 billion on Tuesday.
The value of apartments’, villas’, and lands’ sales reached AED 459 million, acquiring 70.5% of total sales, versus AED 514 million on the previous day.
The value of mortgages stood at AED 192 million, representing 29.5% of total mortgages, versus AED 497 million on Tuesday.
