Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai’s completed residential units reached 4,333 in the first half of 2017, according to a statement by the Dubai Statistics Center (DSC).
A total of 2,867 investment villas and 966 private villas were finished in H1-17.
The emirates also saw the completion of 173 multi-storey and 147 industrial buildings during the same period, in addition to 103 bunkhouses and 77 buildings for public facilities.
The number of completed units reached 2,625 valued at AED 8.98 billion in the first quarter of 2017.
