Dubai – Mubasher: The number of Saudi tourists to the emirate of Dubai during the last 10 years reached 9.47 million tourists, according to Al Bayan newspaper.
The number of the Saudi visitors during the first seven months of 2017 amounted to 904,000 visitors, the newspaper added.
The Saudi tourists increased 267% from 446,000 tourists in 2007 to 1.638 million visitors by the end of 2016, achieving 13.8% annual growth rate.
Experts expected that Dubai would see more visitors from Saudi Arabia in the coming years, estimating their number will reach 2.5 million Saudi visitors in 2020.
