Dubai – Mubasher: Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA) has unveiled the development of Dubai Blink, which is considered the world’s first B2B smart commerce platform.
The new platform will use artificial intelligence (AI), blockchain technology, and virtual business licences, to enable companies around the globe to connect and trade through Dubai, according to Dubai state-run entity's statement.
"The Dubai Blink project will be one of the most innovative models for the future of global supply chains and e-commerce across the free zones,” Dubai Free Zones Council’s (DFZC) chairman Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum commented.
As part of the UAE’s vision to digitalises and modernise the economy, the project will be completed in the coming two years.
“Dubai Blink will be a gateway to leverage free zone assets, network, and connect with trusted providers of product or services to evolve your business,” DAFZA’s director general Mohammed Al Zarooni said.
