Dubai – Mubasher: Around 70% of the Art of Living Mall, the first specialised homeware mall in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, has been completed, the company behind the Dubai project announced.
Scheduled to be opened in September 2018, the project will be dedicated to furniture (home, kitchen, office), lighting, accessories, gifts, flowers, curtains, textiles and more, in addition to home appliances.
Spanning a land area of over 510,000 square meters, the project’s total cost amounted to around AED 700 million.
“We are now in the process of finalising the steel structure for the skylights, which are nine in total,” Nour Alhoda Alsoori, project manager, MMS Global said.
The company conducts now the process of leasing, Samer Al Omari, CEO of MMS Global Investments and the developer of the mall, Alsoori noted.
The Art of Living Mall will host around 100 stores, in addition to 500 parking spaces.
The mall will also feature art exhibitions, restaurants, cafes, a cigar lounge, Wi-Fi, free valet parking, kids’ clubs, a spa, and a gym.
