Riyadh – Mubasher: Dur Hospitality Company said Tuesday it completed the purchase of a 10,100 sqm land plot in Hufof city at the eastern province of Al-Ahsa, at a total value exceeding SAR 31 million.
The land plot is located near Al-Ahsa airport, which provides an opportunity to establish a hotel on it.
According to the company, the land purchase will be financed from raising credit facilities from a local bank.
