Riyadh – Mubasher: The board of directors of Dur Hospitality Company recommended a cash dividend distribution of SAR 0.5 per share or 5% of the share’s nominal value for 2019’s earnings.
The total value of dividends amounted to SAR 50 million to be distributed over 100 million shares, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Wednesday.
The payment date will be determined later, the statement showed.
For the full-year 2019, Dur Hospitality Company reported net profits of SAR 53 million, down by 7.7% year-on-year from SAR 57.46 million in 2018.
